Consultations are free. Whether a treatment is suitable for you is assessed in person, at a consultation, before any treatment goes ahead. We may ask you to complete health and consent forms. We may decline or delay treatment if we believe it is not suitable or not safe for you.

Bookings, deposits and cancellations

Bookings are made through our online booking system, Timely, or by contacting us. Some bookings may require a deposit or payment at the time of booking.

Deposits, payments, cancellations and rescheduling are handled through the booking system. The booking and cancellation policy shown at the time you book applies to your appointment. Please read it before you confirm your booking.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase, including any expiry date and how the voucher can be used.

Prices

Prices shown on our website are a guide only. Your price depends on your treatment plan and is confirmed at your consultation, before treatment begins. We may change our prices from time to time.

LED device hire

Hire of LED light therapy devices is covered by our separate LED Light Therapy Device Hire terms. Those terms apply to any LED device hire instead of these terms.

Privacy

How we collect and handle your personal information, including health information, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The content on our website, including text, photos, videos, logos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. You must not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use.
